Hagshama, is a worldwide network of Zionist thinkers and activists. USD/Hagshama, the North American branch, invites Jews, ages 18 to 30, to become involved in developing a dynamic Zionist leadership in their area and in creating meaningful and personal connections to Israel. USD/Hagshama is an apolitical resource and educational organization that currently works with students in the U.S. and Canada to bring the campus to Israel and Israel to the campus through dynamic Israel events, innovative Zionist discussions, promotion of Aliyah and all Israel programs.
USD/Hagshama provides the following:
- Provides resources to create original initiatives and programs that spark innovative thought on Israel and Zionism.
- Provides meaningful conferences on Zionism and Jewish peoplehood where the conversations are initiated and led by students
- Provides a gateway to the most innovative ideas and culture in Israel giving students the opportunity to be a part of a global conversation.
- Provides Israel experiences where cutting edge non-profit organizations are just as important as ancient sites
- To celebrate Yom Ha’Atzmaut, Hagshama teamed up with JNF and AZM to create a Zionist treasure hunt around Manhattan. This program included great prizes, Israel education, and lots of fun.
