Alicia Schuyler Oberman serves as the Foundation Director of the Jack Miller Family Foundation (for which she is also a Board member) and its related philanthropic fund, the Jack and Goldie Wolfe Miller Fund.
Prior to joining the staff of the foundation, Alicia worked as an attorney in the corporate and securities group of the Chicago-based law firm Neal, Gerber & Eisenberg LLP. While practicing, she represented various public and private companies and individuals in a wide variety of business transactions, including mergers and acquisitions, private equity investments, joint venture transactions, divestiture transactions and corporate restructurings.
Alicia graduated Magna Cum Laude with Distinction in English from Amherst College in 1999. She then received her JD from Northwestern University in 2003. She lives in Chicago with her husband and three daughters.
