Cliff Greenberg is the Senior Vice President of Baron Capital and Portfolio Manager of the Baron Small Cap Fund, where he also serves on the firm’s Board of Directors and Executive Committee. Cliff has been in the investment management business for 34 years, the last 24 at Baron. Prior to joining Baron Capital, Cliff was a General Partner at HPB Associates, a New York-based investment partnership.
Mr. Greenberg received his B.A. from Cornell University and his J.D. from Columbia Law School. In addition to attending Columbia, he also taught Advanced Security Analysis at Columbia Law School. In addition to attending Columbia, he has also taught Advanced Security Analysis at Columbia Business School.
Mr. Greenberg has been involved in numerous Jewish organizations including the UJA, which he has been a supporter of for over 25 years and also serves on the International Board for Brothers for Life, an Israeli Organization that helps Combat Soldiers. Mr. Greenberg is also on the Board of the Samuel Waxman Cancer Research Foundation and Rock and Wrap it Up, an anti-poverty think tank.
