DESCRIPTION:Looking for a life‑changing experience this Fall? If you’re unsure whether your in‑person classes will resume next semester\, take a leap across the ocean for a meaningful\, inspiring adventure you are sure to remember for a lifetime on our inaugural gap semester program: Frontier Israel. \nDesigned by the expert educators at the Alexander Muss Institute for Israel Education (AMIIE-JNF)\, this program will provide a real life\, modern day pioneering experience for incoming freshmen and rising sophomores attending U.S. academic institutions. Frontier Israel will be comprised of two components: \nFRONTIERS \nMeaningful volunteer work in three enriching regions of Israel (Negev\, Galilee\, and Center) with JNF-USA affiliates. Volunteer opportunities include farming\, building hiking paths for the disabled\, working with refugees\, and more. \nSEMINARS \nEducational explorations designed to broaden horizons and build a student’s portfolio of experiences.
