Before graduating\, Adela filed a Title VI complaint with the Office of Civil Rights against NYU for failing to protect the Jewish community from consistent harassment. At the 2019 IAC Summit\, she was invited to speak about her case on stage by President Trump\, and three days later\, the Executive Order to include Jewish Students as a protected class under Title VI was signed.\n\nHer work\, from political advocacy to interfaith peace rallies\, has been recognized by national and international organizations\, including her designation as a Broome and Allen Fellow\, Jewish Week 36 Under 36 of 2018\, and PROPEL Network 30 Under 30 of 2020\, among others.\n\nAdela is a Syrian-Lebanese Jew born in Mexico City\, Mexico\, and raised in Deal\, New Jersey.

He is currently working on various projects related both to his engineering degree and the global and local political situation regarding Israel. \nMaya Reuven\, University of California – Berkeley:\nCurrently a second-year student at the University of California – Berkeley studying economics and data science. Maya serves as vice president of Bears for Israel and as an executive board member of Tikvah: The Zionist Voice at Berkeley\, two pro-Israel groups on campus. She also writes for the Berkeley Political Review\, and is amember of the Delta Gamma sorority. \nModerated by Dov Guggenheim\, Hebrew University:\nDov made Aliyah on his own at the age of 16 out of deeply ingrained Zionist and Jewish ideals\, and his entire life has been dedicated to furthering these causes. Trained as a Middle East historian he holds a PhD in Middle East and Mediterranean Studies from King’s College London\, UK he has published widely on various aspects of the Arab-Israeli conflict and American foreign policy in the Middle East\, as well as on Israeli and Zionist history.\n\nRomirowsky is co-author of Religion\, Politics\, and the Origins of Palestine Refugee Relief and a contributor to The Case Against Academic Boycotts of Israel.\n\nRomirowsky’s publicly-engaged scholarship has been featured in The Wall Street Journal\, The National Interest\, The American Interest \, The New Republic\, The Times of Israel\, Jerusalem Post\, Ynet and Tablet among other online and print media outlets.
