Israel on Campus Coalition (ICC) uses SMS (text messages) to communicate with program applicants and participants. According to the latest requirements of the Federal Communications Commission, all recipients of these SMS messages must affirmatively authorize ICC to send SMS messages to their phone number(s). Recipients of the SMS messages must also be able to opt-out at any time. The receipt of these SMS messages is optional; the same notifications provided by SMS are also provided by email, regardless of whether the recipient opts-in to receive SMS messages. ICC will send SMS messages from [phone number], and only for purposes of communicating with program applicants and participants in connection with such applications or participation.
