If Israel has ever needed you, it’s now. On October 7, as Israelis celebrated Simchat Torah, Hamas terrorists launched an assault out of Gaza using novel tactics and the advantage of complete surprise. Breaching the security fence, Hamas overran the military bases and communities around barrier and perpetrated an appalling massacre.

It was the bloodiest day of Israel’s history. As of this writing, at least 1,400 Israelis are dead, over 4,200 wounded, and 199 families have been notified that their loved ones are captives in Gaza. Hamas deliberately targeted young people, attacking a music festival with paragliders and rockers and slaughtering at least 260, many of whom were raped. Israeli forensic experts have found signs of rape and torture on 80% of all bodies.

Israel has a right to defend itself. More Jews were killed on October 7 than on any day since the Holocaust. At least 199 innocents remain subject to hideous abuse in Gaza, and Israel must attempt to bring them home. Israel seeks to minimize civilian casualties, and there must be no doubt that all blood in this war is on the hands of Hamas and its unprovoked assault.

Stand with Israel as it fights to defend the most basic human rights of its people – and the right of Jews everywhere to live in peace and dignity.
