Senior Leadership

Ian Hersh is the Chief Operating Officer of the Israel on Campus Coalition (ICC), where he oversees the organization’s C-suite staff, national convenings, and development efforts. He works closely with ICC’s CEO and Board to advance the organization’s strategic priorities, providing leadership on organizational strategy, operations, external relations, and long-term planning.

Hersh began his career with ICC in 2015. Over the past decade, he has helped grow ICC into the nation’s leading pro-Israel campus organization through several leadership roles, including Director of Operations, Chief of Staff, and now Chief Operating Officer.

A New Jersey native, Hersh earned a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science from American University.
