Senior Leadership

Ian Hersh is Chief Operating Officer (COO) of Israel on Campus Coalition (ICC), where he built and leads the organization’s 24/7 digital messaging platform. As COO, Hersh provides counsel to the Board and CEO on strategic planning, operational management, external relations, risk management, and team leadership. In addition, he directs ICC’s research initiatives and leads ICC’s conferences and national events, ensuring they are successful and align with the organization’s priorities. Hersh previously served as ICC’s Chief of Staff and Director of Operations. Before joining the ICC team in 2015, Hersh had roles with the American Israel Public Affairs Committee (AIPAC) and on Capitol Hill. A New Jersey native, he earned a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science from American University.
