Who runs this site
Israel on Campus Coalition, Inc. (“ICC”), a 501(c)(3) tax-exempt organization based in Washington, DC, runs this site. The Privacy policy explains what ICC collects through the site and how it uses it.
Using the site
You may read, share and link to these pages. Please don’t use the site in a way that breaks the law or harms other people, don’t try to get around its security, overload it or copy it wholesale with software, and don’t pretend to be ICC or to speak for it.
ICC’s name, words and photographs
ICC owns, or has permission to use, the text, photographs, logos and design of this site, and the law protects them. You may quote short passages with credit and a link. Using ICC’s name or logo in a way that suggests ICC backs you, your group or your event needs ICC’s written permission first.
Applications and what you send ICC
When you send ICC an application, an interest form, a photo or a story, you confirm that it is accurate and yours to share. The microgrant application carries its own terms, which every applicant accepts before applying; they govern each grant and what students send with their post-event reports. By sending ICC a photo or story, you give ICC permission to use, edit and share it, without payment, for ICC’s educational and organizational purposes, including on its website, in social media and in reports.
Gifts
Gifts made on this site are processed by an outside payment processor under its own terms. For a question about a gift, email donate@israelcc.org or call 202-735-2573.
The website chat
The chat on this site is answered first by an automated assistant, not a person. It shares general information about ICC programs and passes requests to ICC staff, who follow up. It is not an emergency, crisis, counseling, medical, legal or security service and cannot contact emergency services for you. If you are in immediate danger, call 911 or campus police first. Answers from the assistant may be incomplete or wrong, and decisions about grants and programs are made only by ICC staff. ICC may end chats used to harass anyone or to make the assistant produce harmful content.

What you read on this site is general information, not legal advice, and reading it or contacting ICC does not make ICC your lawyer.
Other sites and services
The site links to, and shows forms from, services ICC does not run. Their own terms and policies apply there, and ICC is not responsible for their content or how they work.
No guarantees
ICC works to keep the site accurate and available, but it provides the site as it is, without warranties of any kind. To the extent the law allows, ICC is not liable for any loss that comes from using the site or from being unable to use it.
Changes and governing law
ICC may update these terms by posting a new version on this page. The laws of the District of Columbia govern these terms, without regard to its conflict of laws rules. Any dispute about this site or these terms will be decided only by the courts located in the District of Columbia.
If any part of these terms is found unenforceable, the rest stays in effect.
