Senior Leadership

Ian Hersh serves as the Chief Operating Officer at Israel on Campus Coalition (ICC). In this role, he oversees the Digital and Research departments and advises ICC’s Chief Executive Officer on strategic initiatives. Ian previously served as the Chief of Staff and the Director of Operations at ICC. Before joining ICC in its essential mission, he worked to enhance American-Israel relations at American Israel Public Affairs Committee (AIPAC). He also worked on Capitol Hill for the House Committee on Foreign Affairs under Chairman Edward Royce of California. Ian graduated from American University, earning a Bachelor of Arts degree in Political Science. He is originally from New Jersey and now resides in Washington, DC.
